It has been a while since we have written a blog post so I thought it was about time to start up again!
Life has been pretty hectic for myself and I'm sure plenty of other's too since Christmas 2020 when our last blog post was published. This also meant that our Instagram page in turn took a hit too.
But now life has gotten slightly less hectic, I am determined to revive this blog along with our Instagram page and make Shophandmadeuk bigger and better than before!
I have recently made some changed to how features on our Instagram page will be done;
Two for Tuesday - 2 lucky makers will be featured on the grid
Thursday top 10 - 10 lucky makers will be featured on the grid
Five Friday - 5 lucky makers will be featured on the grid
These will take place every week and there may also be random features taking place on the rest of the days or features on our stories, so keep an eye out. For more information on how to be featured on our Instagram page then please click here!
I am pleased to announce that we will be doing a Christmas Gift Guide this year and I am hoping for it to include more makers than before so we can make up for not doing one last year! There will be a small fee this time for being featured on this blog and it will cost £2 which will need to be paid via PayPal. Payment will arranged via Instagram dm. Participants will be randomly selected. If you are selected then you will be sent a template via email to complete, consisting of a paragraph about who you are and what you make and sell, shop URL's and social media URL's. You will also be required to provide up to 3 good quality, clear photos of your products. I will be posting more information about it on Instagram and Facebook including the deadline for applications, so keep an eye out as this is how you will be able to enter to be a part of it!
